Praise for Honest Masks

“I liked this book because it is very detailed oriented and it lets you know exactly what each character is feeling so you go along for the ride. Ms. Novac challenges these strong characters to be honest with each other. With time and patience, they prove that they can work through anything. This story is full of surprises and family secrets that will leave you wanting more.” Literary Nymphs Reviews

“Barbra Novac did a beautiful job creating her characters. There is a very interesting depth to the story….  that you will want to discuss with other people.” Sensual E Cata Romance

Praise for Double Crossed

“Ms. Novac has a way of teaching a reader about the subject she is writing about. I loved the dynamics of how each character related to another. The world of BDSM comes alive in this story. The descriptive wording used in this novel has you feeling as if you are wearing the leather and feeling the bite of the whip. The book opens with a great lead in and the story continues with a nail biting edge until the very end. Great Read!” Coffee Time Romance

Have to admit. This site is awesome.

    I have a suggestion:

Because men have bad taste in women.

The men in romance novels – these days, at least – have great taste in women. They may show bad taste at *first*, but they’re turned around quickly, and discover what they were missing all along.

I have to say that I disagree with much of this site, and most of it seems like Feminazi propaganda based on little actual fact. But the site still manages to be interesting, and perhaps even informative. Ah, but I’m a male, so I am a little biased, after all.

As long as you can take it with a grain of salt. It’s meant to be funny. A bit of a fun rant…

“Why do intelligent women read romance novels?” Because that’s the only place that men will put up with being objectified like that…

Women will never fully realize equal rights until they grant men equal respect. Stop and think for a moment, it’s almost hard to say the words Respect and Men together without smirking. Is it so unthinkable that men in fact can be respected for all that we do and all that we are? Websites like this one only promote ridiculous Misogynistic views and belittle men. It’s a perfect example in fact of what women fought for years to get away from, even if it is “funny”.

We happen to have a brain and it isn’t where you think it is.

Janique works in the laundry, and has to fight to prove herself. Chris becomes a hitman. But the tables get turned when Janique inadvertently places a hit on her future husband…

Research is now showing the quantifiable benefits of
carrying this activity into adulthood. Your business name
may be suitable, or you may want to choose something more detailed.

Intelligent women prefer a fantasy that can never be. Real men are awful creatures. If they aren’t, then they’re simply unattractive boors. They will never be what you want them to be.
